Here are some basic recipes to give you ideas for healthy, naturopathic, and hypoallergenic alternatives. I have inculded both vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes. You will also find a lot of gluten-free, wheat-free alternatives.

The optimal diet we strive for is whole foods, organic, local and seasonal, eating a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts & seeds, and whole grains while avoiding processed foods.

There is much controversy over which diet is the most healthful, which diet is the best to lost weight, decrease cholesterol, blood sugar or inflammation. This is where I can help you. With my experience and an individualized approach I will work with you to determine what is the best type of food and nutrition to obtain optimal health.
